Similar to the rest of the Fender collection, the Custom Shop 60 Telecaster produces stunning tones, as it has been designed with two CS HW ’63 pickups that have been placed in an SS configuration. These produce the distinctive Telecaster twang, which is ideal for country, blues, and rock due to the crisp, clean sound. However, they are versatile enough to accommodate any genre. This provides you with the creative freedom to discover your own unique style. Thanks to these pickups, you will perform with a balanced voicing that ensures that you will always sound great when on stage.
Smooth playability
Well-crafted into a 1969 ‘U’ shaped profile, the guitar’s neck provides you with hours of comfortable playing. The shape fits naturally into your hand, which helps you avoid cramping as you play for hours on end, as well as letting you hook your humb over with ease - perfect for bluesy bends. It has been sculpted from maple and topped with a nitro lacquer finish, which provides a smooth surface that lets your hand glide between frets with ease. This is a great feature for fast and articulate playing. On top of the guitar’s stunning neck is the rosewood fretboard. Designed with twenty-one medium jumbo frets, it is perfect for adding expressive vibrato to your performance.
