The Tone Zone in the bridge position produces a huge bass and mid response with great definition, whilst remaining responsive to your picking. The True Velvet pickup is a lower output single coil which will sound crisp and punchy through a clean channel, or create a vintage rock sound through a dirty channel. The Air Norton pickup will emphasise your lead playing and produce a well rounded, rich sound which sings with clarity. A five way pickup selector gives you the ability to switch between pickups smoothly, changing your tone as you see fit.

Tremendous Tonewoods

Enrich your tone. The woods which have been selected for the RG1070FM have immense tonal qualities which form the foundations of its overall sound. A flamed maple top creates brightness and bite which greatly complements high gain settings. The African mahogany body gives it a warm, rich resonance which helps to bring out more depth and complexity in each note you play.

The Wizard neck is not only incredibly smooth and comfortable to play, but also adds even more tonal quality to the guitar's pallette. Being made from panga panga, maple, walnut and purpleheart wood, it will boost your mid-range and brightness whilst offering incredible amounts of sustain. If one thing is certain, it is that you won't be disappointed when you hear the dynamic sounds this instrument is capable of creating.
