ND96-RC3 Wireless Microphone Head

Easily-adapting to your RE3-HHT handheld transmitter body, the ND96 head gives you great performance with astounding flexibility and power. The supercardioid polar pattern prevents spill from other instruments, as well as providing exceptionally-high gain before feedback. And with a design that provides outstanding acoustic control, even on extremely-loud stages, the characteristics of your microphone can shine through with superior clarity.

The microphone head contains a large Mylar diaphragm which delivers a rich and detailed frequency response. The large surface area provides tonal balance and has a very fast transient response. It also features a Memraflex grille which is made of durable light mesh grille-wire that can withstand a lot of rough treatment. And thanks to its hydrophobic cloth membrane, ND96 head prevents moisture and debris from damaging the diaphragm itself.

Versatile Handheld Transmitter

Robust and reliable. The RE3-HHT combines professional performance with a lightweight and ergonomic design. With a commonly-used thread pattern (1.25'' diameter, 28 UN-2A thread pitch) for coupling microphone heads, you can easily adapt a wide variety of microphone heads to fit the transmitter to suit your needs. The transmitter itself boasts a robust and durable all-metal body, providing excellent reliability in even the most demanding of environments. The RE3-HHT is also extremely-easy to power using two AA alkaline or rechargeable NiMH cells.

You can also take advantage of an intuitive ultrasonic sync function, enabling you to sync your transmitter to your receiver with precise frequency tuning alongside other functional data. You also have plenty of frequency tuning options available, allowing you to avoid a plethora of potential interference sources. Plus, with handy charging contacts, you can use your transmitter with NiMH batteries (not included) and recharge them with ease using the Electro-Voice BC2 charging station (not included). This lets you charge your batteries without having to remove them from the transmitter itself.
