The Jazz Stand replaces the traditional metal tray with a tough injection-moulded polypropylene design that is virtually unbreakable under normal use. If the tray is bent, it springs back into shape, while its polymer construction prevents the ringing sound often caused by accidental knocks. Smooth, rounded edges make it comfortable to handle and kinder to nearby instruments, making it well suited to busy rehearsal spaces, classrooms, and performance venues.
Finding the right playing position is straightforward thanks to the friction lock system. Instead of tightening thumb screws or adjusting levers, the stand holds your chosen height and tray angle automatically through friction. The telescopic stem covers a wide adjustment range, from a low seated position to a height suitable for standing performers. You can also reverse the base to alter the stem angle when your setup calls for a different position.
Rehearsal and performance spaces can quickly fill with equipment, so compact storage makes a real difference. The Jazz Stand folds completely flat in just a few simple movements without being dismantled, reducing it to roughly the size of its tray.
